Asklepios: Share in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG surpasses 25 % threshold
Asklepios Kliniken announced to the Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG that it surpassed the threshold of 25 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG.
Its voting power now amounts to 25.1 %. This corresponds to more than 16,8 million votes. Asklepios is a family business with a long-term orientation that wants to keep all strategic options open with respect to RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG.
