Asklepios: share in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG surpasses 20 % threshold
On 6 March 2017, Asklepios Kliniken announced to the Bundesanstalt für
Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (Federal Financial Supervisory Authority) and RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG that it surpassed the threshold of 20 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG.
Its voting power now amounts to 20.17 %. This corresponds to more than 13.5 million votes. Asklepios is a family business with a long-term orientation that wants to keep all strategic options open with respect to RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG.
