Organisation and costs

Treatment

To be able to give you the best possible advice regarding treatment options, we require detailed up-to-date medical documentation in either German or English which you can forward  to us by e-mail, fax or mail. Once our specialists have reviewed your documents, they will advise you on the most promising treatment for you.

Costs

Prior to admission, you will receive a non-binding cost estimate which states the approximate length of your treatment, its costs as well as the costs for accommodation for both you and the person accompanying you. Treatment costs are to be paid in advance.

Organisation

To help you organise your inpatient stay we can put you in touch with our cooperating partners who offer advice and support regarding travel arrangements, visa issues, hotel accommodation for people travelling with you or coordination of your treatment appointments. They also provide interpreters familiar with medical terminology.

Conveniently located near the U1 underground/subway line, our clinic has excellent transport links to Hamburg Airport, Hamburg Main Station as well as the city center. You will also find a taxi rank outside the hospital.
