This comprehensive course is designed for expectant parents who want to prepare physically, emotionally and mentally for childbirth.

Whether you´re planning a natural birth or a c-section, this course provides essential information and practical tools to support your journey

• breathing, relaxation and pain management techniques
• positions and movement during labor
• partner support and effective communication
• medical options and interventions
• birth plans and informed decision-making
• postpartum recovery and newborn care basics

 

Who is this course for ?

 

• expectant mothers (from around 28 to 34 weeks of pregnancy) and their birth partners
• first-time parents or those seeking a refresher
• anyone wanting to feel informed, prepared and empowerd
• this course is conducted entirely in English

 

Our goal is to create a safe and supportive space where all questions are welcome. We combine evidence-based-information with hands-on practice to help you approach your birth experience with calm and confidence

 

 

Course information:

 

 

• The course typically takes place on Friday ( 7pm +10pm ) and Saturday ( 10am to 7pm ) with a lunch break on Saturday.
• Please note that the course is for couples and only in presence!
• The fees for the class will be coverd if you have a german health insurance (Krankenkasse)
• The partner fee for the class ist 145 Euro. Your partner is welcome to join the entire course. The partner fee is paid privately, but it can be submitted to the health insurance company. Depending on the insurance provider, a portion or the entire fee is often reimbursed. We will gladly provide you with a receipt for the partner fee during the course.
