On these websites, our institutions primarily provide information about offers, services, consultation hours, courses, information and training events, specialists, and other contacts, as well as job advertisements. They offer the option of contacting us via a contact form and booking selected consultation hours online.

If you have any questions, you can contact us using the contact forms provided on our website. In addition to contact forms for general inquiries, we also provide contact forms for specific inquiries (e.g., registration for events or training courses, contact for applicants).

You can book selected appointments for consultation or treatment online at various Asklepios facilities via our website. Our website indicates whether online appointment booking for the respective appointment is carried out via our Asklepios patient portal or our service provider, samedi.

How to use our online appointment booking system:
- Select the desired consultation hour.
- To do this, you can use the central “Appointment” button in the menu bar of the facility's website: Select the desired consultation hour for the reason for your visit using a keyword (e.g., diagnosis, treatment, or doctor's name). Alternatively, you can select “Skip” and instead select the desired consultation hour for the specialist area based on the medical specialty.
- Alternatively, you can access the facility's consultation list via the “Book appointment” link on the facility's homepage below the header image. In the list, you can find the consultation of your choice using a keyword search or the available filters.
- Click on the “Book appointment” button for the desired consultation.
- Select your insurance provider.
- Select a suitable appointment.
- Depending on the consultation, choose whether you want to book the appointment with a samedi account or as a guest.
- Depending on the consultation, enter your contact details, date of birth, and any other necessary information, and activate any checkboxes with important information that may be required for the consultation.
- You activate the checkbox for data protection information.
- You activate our FriendlyCaptcha anti-robot verification by clicking on “Click here.”
- You press the “Book appointment” button to complete your appointment booking.

How we improve accessibility on our website
It is important to us that everyone can make good use of our digital offerings and services. That is why we are continuously working to improve the accessibility of our websites and mobile applications.
As part of our internet relaunch, all Asklepios websites for our facilities are currently undergoing extensive content, technical, and structural revisions.
Our newly launched websites already comply with the WCAG 2.2, AA standard. All other websites at www.asklepios.com will be converted to this standard as part of the relaunch.
