Antenatal or birth and parenting classes helps you and your partner to get ready for labour, birth, breastfeeding and caring for a newborn baby.

The class will teach you about:

• How to prepare for labour
• The different stages of labour
• complicated labour
• pain relief
• The postnatal period
• Newborn care
• early parenting

The course typically takes place on Friday and Saturday with a lunch break on Saturday.

The fees for the class will be coverd if you have a german health insurance (Krankenkasse)
The partner fee for the class ist 145 Euro. Your partner is welcome to join the entire course. The partner fee is paid privately, but it can be submitted to the health insurance company. Depending on the insurance provider, a portion or the entire fee is often reimbursed. We will gladly provide you with a receipt for the partner fee during the course.
