Hospitals require the best staff. After all, it is their performance that substantially contributes to the quality of treatment. The qualification and motivation of staff are influenced by a vast number of factors and the staff division therefore offers the local staff management a number of services to support their daily work. In this same way, group-wide offers for personnel work are developed, including, for example, instruction, training and further education, staff development tools or the acquisition of new staff in highly qualified work groups.
This domain also draws attention to the innovative power of the company: With the establishment of the private medical study program at the Asklepios Medical School in co-operation with Semmelweis University in Budapest, new apprenticeships are being developed, such as operation technical assistant (OTA) or the continued education of surgical operation assistants (COA).
We offer special services for each occupational group, meaning that within 24 months, young commercial junior staff in the Asklepios Trainee Program receive systematic preparation to prepare them for managerial positions. Nursing staff are also offered training and development opportunities.
Within the framework of a uniform staff policy, we also co-ordinate negotiations for collective agreements centrally and for the provision of labour law expertise.
The overall result is clear: Despite a difficult industry and overall economic situation, Asklepios is able to build on highly qualified and motivated staff.
