	All our physicians and many of our nurses speak English fluently. If you neither speak German or English, please bring a person along, who can translate for you, or ask us for an interpreter, who will attend to your needs during the time you spend in our hospital.   Hospital bills   The costs for patients from other countries are not covered by the German health care system. Please clarify with your health insurance, whether it will bear the German bills. If this is not the case, then you must assume the costs for your stay and your treatment yourself. If you have any questions concerning your bill, please contact our clinic management.   Information regarding the admission procedures for patients from foreign countries: First contact of the patient with our central Admission Coordinator, Mrs. Sandra Reithofer, and conveyance of the necessary medical data Preparation of an individual medical treatment plan on the basis of the medical data, and preparation of a cost estimate for the treatment Schedule - planning of the admission and stay Assistance with the organization of transportation from the airport in Germany to the Asklepios Clinical Complex, Bad Abbach If requested, reservation of accommodations for personal escorts On the admission day, please report to the information desk at the main entrance.
